Role Purpose
Become part of a fantastic team and actively shape our future in renewable energy.

As a warehouse coordinator, you will manage the inventory of our warehouses to ensure proper operation of our plants by providing spare parts.

In addition, you will be responsible for the execution and coordination of material movements in order to have the right parts, at the right time, at the right place and in the optimal quantity.


Tasks

  • Manage stock of spare parts and perform material movement in our SAP system.
  • Creating new materials in SAP and ensuring high data quality of existing material master data in cooperation with central teams
  • Working closely with the local operations team on the planning and purchasing of spare parts to minimise costs and downtime of our equipment.
  • Created purchase requisitions for spare parts or component repair and coordinated with suppliers and purchasing.
  • Supported the highest possible level of HSE practices for a safe & healthy workplace and compliance with regulations for all inventory and warehouse activities (hazardous materials, waste disposal, etc.).
  • Planned and conducted inventories with the aim of achieving a high level of accuracy between physical and system stock levels.
  • Ensuring & locally supporting the correct use of our standardised processes in Germany
  • Support and improve warehouse & spare parts processes or standards in close cooperation with the local & central operations team in Europe
  • Promote and implement initiatives for central and local inventory optimisation and spare parts savings (e.g. through proactive material planning, MRP usage in SAP etc.)
  • Support the development of new warehouse locations and optimise existing structures to store stock efficiently & standardised (e

g:
via 5S principle)

  • Support our growth into a sustainable future with new ideas, existing knowledge & experience and participation in projects.

Your profile:


  • Experience in warehousing and logistics, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • A suitable degree in warehouse/materials or logistics
  • Experience and knowledge in MS Office and SAP MM (system).
  • High flexibility, ability to work under pressure and own initiative
  • Excellent selforganisation skills to work independently and efficiently
  • You have a solutionoriented mindset and good communication skills to build good relationships with key stakeholders
  • You are teamoriented and enjoy working in an international team.
  • Fluent in German and good communication in written and spoken English
  • Willingness to travel to professionally support the different warehouse locations within the responsible cluster/region (Brauschweig, Leizpig, Hamburg).
