In order to support the Talent Acquisition Team, Airbus Defence and Space in Manching is looking for a

Talent Acquisition PMO (d/f/m)

Your tasks and responsibilities

Crossfunctional planning, coordination and controlling of rampup activities for the site Manching supporting the site strategy,
Monitor recruiting progress is proceeding according to resourcing plans
Setup of standard reporting across Business Lines/Functions, deliver status reports to all stakeholders
Project communication
Assess risks and business impacts in collaboration with HRBP and Business
Evaluate risk mitigation actions (e.g. priorization of staffing needs, escalation/arbitration site mgmt. committee)

Desired skills and qualifications:

Preferably educated to degree level but not essential if balanced with relevant experience
Previous experience could be from operations, project management, HR or technology teams.
You enjoy crunching numbers
You are an organizational talent and work reliably towards the best possible result
Experienced use of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
Very good written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile
