Responsibilities:

Management of investment projects with a focus on automation technology in production, assembly and intralogistics (development of requirement specifications / execution of market research / machine designs / test machining / creation of decision templates / profitability calculations)
Technology screening of new production technology and machines: finding, evaluating, testing, implementing, utilizing
Participation in the development and constant updating of investment roadmaps and capex plans
Promoting technological development of EB productions, especially Eurasburg

Qualifications:

Master's degree in mechanical engineering / automation technology or comparable studies
Enthusiasm for automation

- and "Industry 4.0"- topics, practical experience desirable

Relevant experience in production environment, especially in optimizing activities with regard to automation and technology development as well as project management experience; Innovative, crosscutting thinking and cando attitude; moderation and presentation skills as well as communication skills at different hierarchical levels; German and English proficient in spoken and written (B2)
Analytical, structured approach, coupled with implementation strength / goal orientation and handson mentality as well as team spirit and flexibility in action
