We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic HR Business Partner with lots of energy and a positive demeanor to join our global HR team and support the German market (covering 2 different legal entities).


Collaborating closely with the global HR BP team, Finance Business Partners, HR Centers of Expertise and work councils, you will ensure that our HR strategy is implemented in Germany by partnering with the business and translating commercial concerns into people initiatives.

You will build solid relationships with key partners and facilitate the business transformation to a standalone company.

Tasks

  • Be a valuable partner in the German management team
  • Be the point of contact and interact closely with managers. You'll have to build a close relationship and offer answers, solutions, ideas, and feedback to them regularly
  • Manage the relationships with and the meetings of the works councils and be the first point of contact for all questions, as well as preparing and managing all change requests to meet codetermination standards
  • Manage our transformation and change activities to build resilience, leadership and communication skills in the organization
  • Promote a learning culture and set up knowledge sharing programs for interns and emerging leaders
  • Translate our employee value proposition to the German market
  • Promote employer branding activities in close coordination with the TA and marketing team
  • Communicate and promote news and initiatives to employees
  • Work closely with the global CoE teams on the overarching HR agenda (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Leadership, Reward,...)
  • Examples of projects to manage: introduction of new HR tools, annual review, salary discussion with work council,

Requirements:


  • You have at least 7 years' experience as HR Business Partner for Germany in a multinational environment
  • Used to deal with multiple tools (Workday, SAP Success Factors, internal websites )
  • Experience in global matrix organizations and working with multiple collaborators and topics
  • Experience with German legislation, labour laws and all HR related topics
  • Proven experience with codetermination, building relationships and managing work councils
  • Experience in performance management and talent development
  • Fluent in German and English
