Your responsibilities

You will gain companywide insights into strategic projects and process optimizations across all departmental boundaries
You will play an active role in the strategic planning and implementation of gridX's corporate objectives (OKRs)
You will work directly with our Chief of Staff and Managing Directors and support the management team in guiding gridX, as a highgrowth scaleup, to the next level of business growth
You will support the optimization of our software tool landscape, the design and creation of KPI analytics / dashboards, and companywide communications

Profile:

You are about to graduate from university in a relevant field of study (e.g. business administration, strategy, innovation, entrepreneurship, industrial engineering) ideally you are already in the master's program
You have already gained some practical experience in fastpaced industries, such as management consulting, investment banking, or highgrowth technology scaleups
You find it easy to put statements and analysis results precisely on slides for the management level
You like to work intensively with Excel /Google Sheets and know the tools very well
You work independently and reliably and are an outofthebox thinker
As an enthusiast for strategic topics, you bring an analytical and solutionoriented mindset as well as a handson mentality with a breath of fresh air
Your excellent communication skills make it easy for you to work with a wide range of stakeholders as part of a team
Your very good English skills complete your profile
German is a plus
