We are currently looking for a VP Design BOSS Womenswear (M/F/d).

What you can expect:

Responsibility for the creative direction of BOSS Womenswear, in close coordination with the SVP, the business units and all global interfaces
Responsibility for strategic alignment and further development of the creative direction for BOSS Womenswear across all lines, categories and product groups including licences and occasional or ongoing collaborations with third parties
Significant responsibility for the presentation of the respective collections with regard to the brand image (fashion shows, seasonal collection, special collaborations)
Budget responsibility
Significant responsibility on the conceptual thinking of the BOSS Womenswear collection
Deep knowledge of product design, development and production chain in order to cooperate in a win win environment with the operational part of the company

Your profile:

At least 12 years of experience within the fashion industry
Proven experience in and indepth knowledge of the fashion and lifestyle industry
Multiple years of experience in effectively motivate, develop and manage high performing leaders and teams
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, high attention to detail, outstanding goal orientation and implementation strength
Excited to work in a fastpaced environment with a high level of ambiguity and change and a lot of room for big impact
Proven ability to thrive in a complex and matrix organization, seamlessly handle multiple tasks and priorities as well as bring vision to life
Excellent presentation skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel worldwide
