The HR Business Partner/HR Generalist (m/w/d) as a sparring partner is guiding and coaching business leaders and managers of assigned business lines and locations in the development of solutions and concepts in response to current and potentially upcoming future challenges of their people agenda.


Scope:
Supporting our sites in DACH & Estonia region.

Work Location:
onsite in Hamburg, up to 2 days remote possible.


Main responsibilities:


  • Partner with the business leaders and managers across all organizational levels and site locations on annual people plans, ranging from job levelling, talent management, performance improvement initiatives, retention management to succession planning.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives in alignment with the business strategy for the assigned units and the overall Revvity and EMEA HR goals.
  • Implement change management initiatives to advance organizational performance within a global matrixed environment.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees at all levels.
  • Build a strong working relationship with respective works councils, coordinate and deliver the works agreement negotiation agenda.
  • Efficiently resolve employee relations issues within all legal and compliance guidelines and statutes, as well as Revvity Core Values.
  • Effectively collaborate with the regional and European HR team, share best practice and exchange on new ideas and initiatives.
  • Supported by the HR Service Team, deliver on the foundational HR work.

Required Competencies:


  • Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience as HR Business Partner, preferably in an international setting of a dynamic, science/production driven matrix company.
  • High autonomy and ability to deliver in a standalone HR role within a virtual and highly motivated regional HR team.
  • Solid Work Council negotiation experience and labor law acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective ongoing relationships through all levels of the organization including executives, business partners, line operations, production, and peers.
  • Ownership for project management and ability to deliver timely on multiple projects in a changing environment.
  • Excellent German and English (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in using MyWorkday as HR management tool advantageous.
