The Internship assignment:

where processes are still to be defined and where your ideas can form the basis of tomorrow's recruiting projects.

We are looking for an outgoing, autonomous, and diligent person who will support our various event and project initiatives and will help us achieving our common goal:
building the best team for Tesla

What You'll Do

You will:

Understand the importance of our various recruitment programs and initiatives for an international company like Tesla.
Learn about our sourcing and recruiting processes to find and attract the best talents.
Learn about cooperation with external vendors.
Build recruitment skills, learn to use an applicant tracking system and how to analyze data.
Develop event and project management skills: ownership, multitasking, accountability, prioritization, work and time management.

What You'll Bring

You are:
Recently obtained a BS or MS degree, qualification or certification from an accredited institution (up to 6 months from graduation date).
Previous internship experience in Recruitment, Marketing or Project / Event Management is considered a plus.
Selfdirected, detailoriented problem solver with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of creativity, perseverance, and openness to change.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Open to occasional business travel.
