The Challenge:


  • Tribe Head Responsible for Sales Strategy and 25 crossfunctional campaign squads dedicated to eMobility customers, KPIs concern profitable growth (SalesVolumes and value), Service & Operations quality, NPS, Sales & Retention of hardware and eMob commodity tariffs contributing to B2C growth and bundle targets
  • B2C Sales Leader for Germany and as such part of the Global eMobility Sales Leaders Team
  • Enable Sales channels for eMob and actively develop new channels for our evolving eMob solution portfolio including hardware, software, services and tariffs
  • Enable existing and acquire new Sales Partners for the complete eMob solution portfolio
  • Generate Campaign strategies across all channels (incl. partners) and translate it into an agile squad setting with clear targets and KPIs
  • Align eMob Sales strategy with Campaign management, S2R and other internal stakeholders
  • EndtoEnd Responsible for Sales, Service and O2C processes concerning "Laden zuhause", interface and agile collaboration with "Laden unterwegs" and "E.ON Ladeversprechen" to integrate customer journeys towards one seamless user experience
  • Responsible for implementing Sales & Service processes "Laden zuhause" into our IT landscape, interfacing with Demand Management and IToriented Development squads

A convincing Background:


  • University degree with at least 3 years of leadership experience in large organizations, and a proven background in sales management
  • Deep knowledge of eCommerce in an end2end view including all relevant disciplines
  • Deep knowledge of sales & marketing campaigns and sales & marketing strategies for both online and offline channels and formats
  • Preferred knowledge of and experience in Energy Products and eMobility
  • Experience in agile organisations and leadership of crossfunctional teams
  • Proven track record in people development and experience in leading teams through times of change (e.g. large IT rollouts, reorganisations)
  • Understanding eMobility trends, marketing approaches and sales strategies
  • Highly developed customer centric thinking
  • Strong agile mindset which drives the empowerment of teams
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate crossfunctional squad leads
  • Technical understanding of new energy solutions, Understanding of IT, data and digital
  • Ability to develop a respectful and diverse culture internally and externally
  • High ability to drive a business through fundamental changes in ambiguous environment
  • Growth mindset and entrepreneurial way of working with experience in international business environments
  • Business language fluency in German and English
