We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Information Security team as an Information Security Working Student.

This entry-level role is specifically designed for students who are passionate about information security and eager to develop their skills while pursuing their education.

As a working student, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in conducting penetration tests and contribute to real-world security assessments.

What you'll be doing:

Participate in the analysis of vulnerability scan results and assist in identifying and prioritizing vulnerabilities based on their severity and potential impact
Collaborate with team members to document and report the findings of penetration tests and vulnerability assessments, including recommended remediation actions and mitigation strategies
Stay updated on the latest security threats, attack vectors, and emerging technologies in the field of information security
Contribute to research efforts and propose innovative solutions to enhance the overall security posture of our organization

What you need to be successful:

Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college program, pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
Demonstrated interest in the field of information security through coursework, projects, or personal projects. Familiarity with common security concepts, such as encryption, authentication, and access control, is a plus
Understanding of web technologies (e.g., HTTP, HTML, JavaScript). Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
High level of ethical standards and respect for confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and data
Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and methodologies and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
