What you'll be doing:

Design Briefs Across the Customer Journey: Collaborate with PMs to develop design briefs for customer-facing B2C acquisition and retention initiatives. Lead the design and implementation of A/B testing experiments to optimize acquisition and retention strategies.

Unified Homepage Design: Lead the redesign of the unified homepage to effectively communicate the broad product offering and unique value proposition to customers.

Ongoing Experimentation in Acquisition Funnel: Work closely with PMs to define problems and create solutions for ongoing experiments in the acquisition funnel. Leverage data-driven insights to derive hypothesis-driven solutions and improve the user acquisition journey.

Improving Acquisition and Onboarding Experience: Drive customer-facing projects focused on improving the website experience and acquisition journey. Use a human-centered approach to identify pain points and design solutions that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.

Contributing to Strategy and Execution: Bring a strategic perspective to product design decisions, contributing to the overall direction and execution of key projects. Focus on shaping the product experience and driving impactful outcomes.

What you need to succeed:

Experience in product teams, collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketers.
Strong UX &

Visual Design Skills:
Proficient in UX design principles and visual design techniques, creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.

Ability to

Learn Quickly:
Capable of quickly learning new tools, technologies, and methodologies to support product design efforts.

Experience with Experimentation: Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experience in designing and conducting experiments to optimize product features and user experiences.
Balance of Business &

Customer Centricity:

Ability to balance business objectives with user needs, ensuring that product design decisions align with both customer expectations and business goals.

Strategic Thinker: Able to anticipate future trends and opportunities to drive product innovation, contributing strategic insights to product design challenges.
Desire to work in a hybrid work environment (3x/week office work, 2x/week home office)
