About the role:

Are you passionate about HR operations and ready for a challenging role in a fast-paced environment? We are offering an exciting opportunity to join us on a hybrid basis at our Neu-Isenburg Office in Germany as an HR Coordinator


The role will provide an effective and responsive HR operations service to employees (full employment life cycle) and managers based in Germany, acting as first point of contact for any employee queries related to employment practices, offers, contracts, timesheets, payroll, on-boarding, off-boarding.


Key responsibilities:


  • Manage new joiners' preemployment checks and onboarding processes.
  • Facilitate new joiner induction training and probation monitoring.
  • Process payroll data and support annual pay and benefits administration.
  • People Service: Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries. Ensure HRIS and Payroll data quality.

Business Cycles:
Support annual HR cycles and practices.

Data Reporting:
Prepare monthly reports on HR metrics and trend analysis.

  • Employee Relations: Assist in disciplinary cases management and work council communication.

Separation Procedures:
Manage administrative practices related to employee resignations and separations.


About you:


  • Relevant work experience (including internships) in HR or business operations roles.
  • Good knowledge of German employment law.
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office 36
  • Experience with HRIS and Payroll systems would be a plus.
  • HR certifications/qualifications are highly desirable but not essential.
  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently and strong communication and organizational skills.

Travel/Rotation Requirements:


  • Some local/regional business travel (up to 20%)
