Who we are:


Our elevator plant in Neuhausen is not only the only one with continuous production of all components in Germany - with around 700 employees and a production area of 48,000 square meters, it is also the largest of its kind in Europe.

Here, competencies in the areas of engineering and production of elevator systems and components are bundled, innovations are developed and tested and existing components are continuously optimized.

We manufacture more than 1,200 elevator systems per year and over 17,500 drives here - with an export quota of 70% to all continents of the world.


What we expect:


  • Manage internal demand and align with responsible Strategic Buyer in TKAW PSM on different tasks
  • Assistance in performing the procurement process: supplier research (RfI), quotations (RfP,RfQ), TCO analysis and supplier performance evaluation for constant improvement in terms of cost, quality, service and innovation.
  • Execute tasks in close alignment and collaboration with the Strategic Buyer and HoPSM.
  • Execute and Update internal databases including maintain IT system(s) such as SAP inforecords, invoice approvals (TIM workflow), storage of contracts, order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
  • Support as procurement contact for the TKE EA MFG organization, covering stakeholders demands, project demands or daily business request.
  • All processes run via SAP MM in accordance to steadily developed standards and procedures
  • Manage all incoming demands performing purchase processes also for lower value demands incl. market research, supplier check, RFQ's and punctual negotiation of terms & conditions. Support to update contracts according to changing requirements advised by strategic buyers
  • Support to solve quality and delivery issues with a rootcause approach.
  • Provide procurement reports on request.
  • Flexibility to execute different tasks, according to department needs
  • Build up long term relationship with strategic suppliers/partners

Who we are looking for:


  • Technical education
- ideally > 1 year experience in purchasing for industry business/procurement

  • Teamwork including multidisciplinary teams
  • Capability to develop and implement optimized processes and contract structures (e.g. frame agreements)
  • Ability to manage internal clients, including conflict management
  • Business fluent both in English and German
