- Develop and improve ZEISS OT Security strategy and policies.
- Conduct risk assessments, identify threats, and devise mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align security strategies with business goal
- Monitor and enhance the effectiveness of security systems and procedures.
- Evaluate and recommend new security technologies and techniques furthermore advise and consult ZEISS businesses and stakeholders on OT Security end-to-end.
- Shape security awareness training programs for employees.
- Support security incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Coordinate with different functions across the enterprise on OT Security matters.
- Manage and support projects related to OT Security.
- Degree in Information Security or equivalent education and experience.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in IT, OT, or Information Security.
- Knowledge of OT Security industry guidelines, such as IEC 62443 and NIST SP 800-82r (2/3).
- Expertise in emerging technologies and a structured, independent work approach.
- Stakeholder management skills with a hands-on and goal-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English and German; additional languages (French, Spanish) are advantageous.
