As a YouPro (Young Professional) we support you in discovering and further developing your talents and strengths. You will gain valuable practical experience, take responsibility for exciting tasks and master challenging projects in an agile environment.

Your duties:

You support the Corporate Compliance & Integrity Team in the operation of the Compliance Management System.
You work on the conception and implementation of customized communication and training measures for Compliance & Integrity.
You work on the implementation of anticorruption and business partner compliance measures.
You support the creation, adaptation and target group specific presentation of regulations, policies and guidelines.
You support the maintenance of compliance processes and procedures.
You work independently on tasks and drive subprojects forward.

Your profile:

You are at least in the 3rd semester of your studies in the field of law, economics, social sciences or a comparable field.
You have preferably already had initial contact with the topic of Compliance & Integrity.
You are characterized by a high level of loyalty, integrity and trustworthiness.
Your high level of initiative and reliability speak for themselves.
You have a digital affinity.
Very good MS-Office skills as well as very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile.
