YOUR TASKS

You will support the PAYBACK countries in various areas of the company from marketing strategy to partner integration, from product development to innovation
You create market analyses for the further development of markets, products & strategies and take an active role in brand management for all PAYBACK countries
You are part of the further development of global partners from country launch to digitalization strategy
You work on the conception and implementation of international, digital and classic marketing campaigns and support the preparation of program strategy decision templates
You help colleagues with global rollouts, concepts and campaigns

YOUR PROFILE

You are studying economics or communication sciences or a comparable degree program and are in your advanced semester
You ideally have initial professional experience in the areas of strategic marketing, business development or product development and experience in an international environment
You have good MS Office skills
You have analytical skills and work in a structured manner
Your German and English skills are very good
