  • Field Services professional with 4yrs of experience with the ability to perform the following tasks in a professional manner as listed below:
  • A+ or equivalent certification
  • Coordinates with End User on expectations and availability to perform the Services
  • Performs trouble shooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, deployment, and repair of End User assets
  • Support of administrative activities and tasks
  • Perform install and configuration activities and tasks of system components and software
  • Perform Smart Hands support at the customer location in support of other IT resolver groups
  • Technician will update tickets in the designated ITSM system with current status and work effort.
  • Must have proven customer service background. Good communication skills.
  • Assist in resolving technical escalations that arise during service delivery.
  • Able to comprehend and follow verbal and written technical instructions and scripts.
  • Request to be submitted through SNOW to coordinate with Stuttgart directly Application support
  • Coordination of resolver groups, troubleshooting, license installation, patch management
  • DSS for Ohle and Stuttgart, Base location: Ohle
