Your role in our team:


  • As Head of Digital Solutions you will implement the globally aligned marketing, distribution and sales strategy for digital solutions in Europe.
  • You will act as the central contact for the product groups in the region and act as the main person responsible for the implementation of the strategic elements as well as for the achievement of sales targets at regional level.
  • You share the binding sales commitment on a regional level and communicate the targets to the local sales units.
  • You derive product requirements as well as marketing and sales activities from the sales targets.
  • You qualify dealers for the successful sale of digital solutions.
  • You assign the respective responsibility for KPI management to the regional managers and dealers and ensure that the tool is used significantly.
  • You take over the technical leadership of the "Countrylevel Digital Solutions Specialists" and "Countrylevel PMs" for digital solutions.

Your profile:


  • You have successfully completed a degree in agricultural or industrial engineering or business administration.
  • In addition, you have already gained several years of salesrelated professional experience.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English.
  • In addition to your teamoriented leadership experience, you are characterized by your motivational strength, your innovative power and your pronounced creative drive.
  • A convincing appearance and excellent communication skills round off your profile.
