SUMMARY
IACS registrars provide customer service and direction to USAG Community members.

Duties include:

Processing installation passes for U.S. and Non-U.S. citizens needing base access

Additionally, registrars are required to process access roster lists for individuals requiring access on the post for special occasions and other on post functions.

A registrar will also Implement and understand all U.S.

Army regulations pertaining to the IACS Project and work with the DES/PMO to ensure information and submissions are completed accurately.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma
U.S. citizen over 18 years old
Must pass a criminal background check
Basic computing skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
Experience in customer service administration
U.S. DOD ID card holder with base access and SOFA privileges
This is a parttime oncall (PTOC) position. (*Substitute and replacement personnel for planned and unplanned absences at the IACS administrative office. Personnel should be available on short notice.)_
