THE ROLE

We are looking for a talented individual to join our finance team, which currently consists of two accountants, a controller, a business partner and the head of department, to help us deliver high quality information to our stakeholders as digitally as possible.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Preparation of timely and accurate financial closing activities
  • Conduct General Ledger and Sub-Ledger accounting activities
  • Own the preparation of the annual statement and contribute to the consolidation activities
  • Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Design and enforce accounting processes
  • Independently manage accounting process and coordination with the Dr. Oetker Holding
  • Develop our invoicing to the next level
  • Manage documentation and internal controls for accounting processes Gradually take on more responsibility for the training of more junior colleagues

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Degree in finance or commercial apprenticeship, preferably "Bilanzbuchhalter"
  • At least 5 years accounting experience
  • Familiar with German GAAP (HGB) and german tax law
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (preferred SAP S4 Hana) and financial tools Fluent German (C2) and good English skills
