What will I be doing?


Hilton is looking for a Director of Sales, All-Inclusive hotel sales to handle a portfolio of Leisure accounts (Wholesalers, Tour Operators and Travel Agencies) that focus on selling All-Inclusive hotel products from key source markets in the EMEA region.

Hilton is expanding its portfolio in the All-Inclusive market, and we need a sales professional with breadth of experience, and the desire to lead in building this market for Hilton.

This role reports into our EMEA regional headquarters in the UK.


In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with HWS account owners of existing accounts as well as identifying, developing, and maintaining unique All-Inclusive accounts with the goal of driving revenue and market share growth.

Achieving key goals and sales targets, including complete account qualification to define (at a minimum): total revenue potential, booking patterns and history, decision-making factors, resources, competition, and event, business, and personal needs.


  • More specifically, you will:_
  • Drive All-Inclusive Tour Operator and Travel Agency leisure segment sales, with a roster of accounts based in the EMEA region.
  • Source new international accounts from unmanaged Tour Operator, FIT, Wholesale Accounts and Retail Travel Agencies in the EMEA region.
  • Qualify and manage accounts in compliance with account governance protocol.
  • Lead overall account planning strategy to facilitate growth in the All-Inclusive segment.
  • Identify and execute a profitable Partner Marketing Coop Plan with selected partners to drive a positive return on investment.
  • Represent Hilton at industry trade shows, special industry events, road shows and other activities to elevate positive customer awareness of Hilton All Inclusive Resorts to drive segment growth.
  • Ensure the client's daytoday needs are met while identifying viable opportunities for deliberate initiatives crafted to improve operational and financial performance.
  • Aggregate client accountbased growth data and evaluate areas of opportunity.
  • Understand All-Inclusive industry trends that impact customer buying and offer creative solutions.
  • Model accountbased trends on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis, and compare data with the previous years' results and forecast future accountbased growth rates.
  • Deep understanding in all brands to understand buyer activity and maximize Hilton shelf space.
  • Ensure revenue and ancillary goals/targets are achieved.
  • Champion the total account management process.
  • Anticipate client needs and build account plans tailored to each client.
  • Supervise buying and mine opportunities within existing accounts to drive incremental revenue and market share.
  • Network with business decision makers and executives to encourage positive buying.
  • Be the top tier authority on selling All-Inclusive product both internally and externally.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and hotels when business requires.
  • Attend the monthly commercial focus meetings for the All-Inclusive category representing the EMEA region.
  • Support with opportunities to secure social events from key source markets into the All-Inclusive hotels.
