  • Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:


  • You will play a key part in preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements as well as budgets and forecasts for an external reported segment. Amongst others, you will be responsible for the preparation and crossfunctional coordination, for the support of forecast and budget calls with management as well as data uploads. In case of uncertainties, you support their elimination with your excellent Analysis for Office skills
  • You will be responsible for reporting & controlling of Cash & Assets, FX, and selected P&L KPIs
  • In addition, you will support the Goodwill impairment test and are responsible for controlling our at equity investments as well as supporting US colleagues with minor controlling tasks
  • Working under your own responsibility, you will provide support (in some cases as (sub)project manager) for strategically relevant projects
  • You will cooperate closely with other department units, coordinating your work independently
  • You will be responsible for controlling individual cost centers

Your qualifications and experience:


  • You hold a completed degree (master's) in economics and/or industrial engineering.
  • You have many years of professional experience in finance within an international corporation, ideally in the healthcare sector
  • We would also like to hear from you if you have extensive professional experience and further qualifications in this field, but do not have a degree
  • You have indepth knowledge of relevant tools (i.e., such as Analysis for Office, SAP, Microsoft Office 365) as well as processes and standards in finance
  • You have profound experience in the digitalization of processes and reporting, as well as the relevant tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Jedox, Valsight, Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Power BI, KNIME are advantageous. Experience of agile project management methods would also be advantageous

  • To be able to work well in our international environment, you have a very good command of English; a knowledge of German would be an advantage.
