Your Responsibilities At C&A:


  • Deliver digital first and consumer qualified campaigns in quality time and budget
  • Leads the internal Creative team pre, during and post shoot with project management until final master asset, before hand over to delivery team
  • Building of strong relationships with merchant counterparts and Customer Insights team in order to improve consumer relevant driven storytelling in the entire Marketing Mix
  • Tracks and evaluates outcome of campaigns from a Marketing view in order to generate learnings for future activities
  • Leads external agencies and internal creative teams for marketing campaign execution, in close collaboration with Head of Creative
  • Coordinates the development of 360 activation ideas into compelling and competitive 360 campaigns in collaboration with respective agencies, internal creative resources, and incorporating input from dedicated channel experts (Brand Design, PR, Social Media, Ecommerce and Visual Merchandising)

Useful Experience:


  • Strong experience of campaign management, or advertising with demonstrable leadership experience
  • Digital or ecommerce (B2C or D2C) experience would be great
  • Strong process management and agency steering skills
