The Role:
We are looking for active support for our Team as soon as possible.
As Professional (Senior) and as part of our Sales Services Team, you are the direct contact person for our existing customers and partners.
You will be responsible for all topics related to contracts, licensing models, etc. We are looking for you if you would like to work in an agile environment and cross-functionally. What you'll do:
- You will advise our existing customers and partners by phone and E-Mail on issues such as contracts or topics related to our licensing model.
- You are responsible for order processing and the contract management for the entire Lucanet Group.
- You will be maintaining and documenting the master data in our CRM system.
- You will be responsible for several sales activities at the same time, keep track of them and regularly coordinate with other departments.
- You work in an international agile environment.
- You will get to develop further in sales topics to work in a global, dynamic environment.
What you bring to the table:
- You have successfully completed a commercial vocational training (e.g. bank clerk, travel agent etc.) or have a comparable education.
- You have already gained some professional experience in sales, ideally in inhouse/inside sales or order processing of software solutions.
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
- You are extremely organized, highly motivated and are always looking to grow further.
- Very good communication skills in German and English.
