2.负责日常行政接待以及活动的组织协调工作;
3.负责日常行政工作,例如会议安排、证件管理、员工考勤、部门培训;
4.负责办公用品及其他固定资产的申请、管理和发放工作;
5.其他上级交办的其他临时性工作。
█ 任职要求
1.本科及以上学历在读;
2.有较强的组织协调能力和执行力;
3.熟练使用各种基础办公软件。
