Sales Assistant / Trainee
Job description
- Responsible for the customer reception and follow up with customers to check on the progress of existing orders. Checking quantities of goods on in stock.
- Assisting customers in providing them with information like product or service quotes.
- Assisting sales in planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Assisting sales in gathering market and customer information.
- Assisting in the execution of other daily operational projects of the marketing department, such as daily promotion, exhibition preparation, PPT production, etc.
- Assisting the publicity department with our website management, video editing of meetings, etc.
Position requirements
- Professional knowledge in cosmetics, chemistry, medical or other related field, experience not limited; good communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English; fluency in a foreign language like Chinese or German may also be helpful.
- Familiar with computer networking and office productivity; working knowledge of PowerPoint、Excel and Word.
- Patient, careful, supportive, strong adaptability and learning ability.
- Experience preferred for video clip and webpage making.
