Your tasks

Head of Product Line Imaging Sytems incl. Product Management, Technical Product Management and R&D Project Management
Responsible for the strategic and operational development of the Product Line Imaging Sytems
Professional leadership and continuous development of team members
Manages Product Lifecycle of products within Product Line Imaging Sytems, from idea to discontinuation
Drives sustainable growth of Product Line Imaging Sytems
Provides guidance to global sales teams w.r.t. strategic direction of the Product Line Imaging Sytems
Ensures regular reporting of KPIs on PL level, e.g. order entry, revenue, profitability, R&D project status
Performs regular alignment with key interfaces in R&D, sales and operations
Performs regular alignment with other Product Lines in BU Advanced Backend Solutions in order to ensure overall BU strategy
Reports to the Head of Business Unit Advanced Backend Solutions

Profile:

Bachelor Degree or above, Physics, Mechanical Engineering or other related science
Business administration skills desired
Several years of experience preferably in Semiconductor or similar industry
Knowledge in Product Marketing, Product Management, Ecosystem management, solution selling, negotiation with customers
Highly selfdriven, pursue ambitious goals and act responsibly
Ability to teamup for best results
High degree of interpersonal skills to manage interdisciplinary worldwide crossfunctional teams w.r.t. strategy implementation and development, incl technical information.
Excellent presentation & persuasive communication skills
Preparedness to business travel and acceptance of flexible time
Businessfluent in written and spoken English
