What awaits you with us

You are the key point for all stakeholders in the development process, keep communication flowing and control the development team internally and externally
You are responsible for translating the product roadmap into the functional requirements for the development team, writing and prioritizing the user stories and driving their golive in a goaloriented manner
You will manage Enterprise Systems projects, including both implementation and continuous improvement and optimisation initiatives
No only will you lead, manage and deliver the ERP project pipeline but also maintain the ERP product projectroadmap and backlog
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to build and manage the ERP department, including managing crossfunctional teams in multiple geographies, both on

- and offshore

You will show active support in the development of our ERP team into an agile and modern

software department

Coordination of analysis, design, implementation and testing of new functions in the area of ordering, incoming/outgoing goods, warehousing, picking and financial accounting processes
You will accompany change management activities when introducing new processes andfunctionalities

What you bring

You have product management experience with microsoft dynamics NAV, 5+ years experience required
Ability to review products and quickly penetrate complex issues and identify improvements
Ability to communicate requirements to developers in nontechnical language
Ability to develop and execute test plans
Focus on production of highquality documentation
Experience working in agile methodologies
Experience working in product teams
You have a keen sense for processes, love to record, describe and evaluate them
The targeted implementation of new and changed processes is easy for you
You have good communication skills and can cooperatively drive further developments
Certified scrum product owner is a plus
Organized and methodical approach
Focus on user experience and service oriented and solution oriented way of thinking
You have strong communication skills in english
