The Data Design Team in Düsseldorf is looking for you We are empowered
to work remotely as a team.

- ) Assistant Data Design Team (m/w/d)**Data Design belongs to our Data management area at our customer who is taking care of all Data relevant topics. Your main areas of responsibilities are in two teams Data Design and Data Delivery.

We are looking for a person with a hands-on mentality to get things done, being a teamplayer to look for solutions and not focusing on problems.

You love working in an environment full of trust and cooperation, brining in the needed portion of flexibility and jump into new things, which you have not done before.

Key Responsibilities:

- to provide administrative support to Management Team
- to onboard newstarters and offboard leavers within the team
- to support teams in purchasing of services and inspect related invoices
- to raise standard IT and SAP authorization requests
- to help by organisation of meetings and team events
- to be a first point of contact on internal processes (knowing counterparties)

Key Requirements/Skills:

Proficient MS Office user (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in SAP
Excellent planning and organisation skills
Positive attitude, a solution oriented and proactive style of work with ability to anticipate and work independently
Very Good English skills, both written and spoken
Ability to deal flexibly with multiple tasks, high workload and time pressure
Team player with strong interpersonal, intercultural skills and "can do" attitude
