• Diligently identify market opportunities to build more business.
• Target potential new customers, develop relationships, and close deals to drive business growth, along with taking care of the existing customer base.
• Create business and market development plans, implement strategies, and oversee the apparel business' sales operations.
• Conduct business trend analysis, identify new markets, attend customer meetings, and participate in exhibitions.
• Cost negotiations with the customers.
• Perform market analysis and create customized and general collections tailored to the individual needs of each customer.

• Must have a degree in MBA (Marketing) or any relevant degree in marketing.
• Good communication skills according to market requirements.
• Must have a deep understanding of the international market and have a strong relationship with international clientage.

• Berlin: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
