  • You will play a crucial role in supporting our sales activities in Europe by taking ownership of opportunities and projects in solutions consulting and engineering.

Job Description:


  • Engage with customers and prospects in understanding their business goals;
  • Adapt the value selling approach in presales;
  • Build and conduct use casedriven product demonstrations, solution workshops, scoping workshops, etc.;
  • Respond to RFP/RFI on TIS products;
  • Work closely with the field sales team and support in Go-ToMarket activities;
  • Support Sales Enablement together with product;
  • Establish a Sales driven (serviceoriented) mindset in the overall Pre-Sales Team and build the "bridge" to the product;
  • Support ARRdriven decisions in the overall company (e.g. roadmap decisions);
  • Contribute to industry/trade event participation, presentations, white papers, and analyst briefings;
  • Ensure proper management of implementation plans, SOW, scoping, etc. together with the onboarding team;
  • Ensure proper management and presentation of bank analysis together with the CS Operations team;
  • Engage with Product Management to feed feature requirements from the clientfacing unit;
  • Work closely together with the Head of Presales-Europe to enhance the Growth Organization within TIS;
  • Compute value cases and prepare executive letters on TIS solutions.

Qualifications:


  • University degree or Professional Certified Diploma;
  • 8+ years of relevant presales, treasury, inside sales, or finance solutions experience required with enterprisewide solutions including bid management, stakeholder management, and services presales;
  • 3+ years of handson experience in treasury or inside sales;
  • Experience in a presales role selling Treasury or payments software and Technology/Product/SaaS;
  • Excellent customer and prospect handling skills;
  • Excellent oral, and written communication, and presentation skills;
  • Ability to engage with diverse audiences from business users to Senior Executives;
  • Quick learner, ability to multitask and work under pressure and work with geographically distributed teams;
  • Sales mindset;
  • Willingness to proactively learn and to progress;
  • Any domain or IT experience in procurement, sourcing, or sales contracting will be an advantage / Affinity to both sales and technology;
  • Languages: English, business fluent; German and/or Knowledge of other European languages will be an advantage;
  • Cash forecasting and financing experience is a plus;
  • Treasury practitioner experience as well as experience with tech (TMS, other);
  • Presales role selling Treasury or payments software.
