Join our global Digital Transformation & Innovation team We're seeking an experienced Project Lead specialising in Transport Management Systems (TMS).

As am empathetic customer advocate in our TMS transformation, you'll lead the implementation of customer requirements, optimizing TMS configurations to enhance customer experience continuously and uphold Hellmann process standards.

» Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and review business documentation, including changes to business process documentation and training materials
Manage and coordinate the technical testing and bug fixing of electronic messaging for customers
Collaboration with IT stakeholders as well as all involved business units
Standardisation and improvement of customer handling approach
Support enhancements in CargoWise One, ensure testing and audit compliance
Lead implementations of customers in countries which are implementing Cargo Wise One
Perform Gap Analysis (e.g., customer requirement vs. TMS configuration)

» Key Skills and Requirements:

Professional experience within the freight forwarding industry ( >3 years)
Proven experience as a project manager working in the domain of Transport Management System. Knowledge of CargoWise One is a strong plus.
Ability to understand and interpret customer SOPs and Work Instructions
Understanding of system configuration, master data setup, data migration, and testing in CargoWise One
Proficiency in analysing and structuring complex requirements
Good Knowledge of common EDI interfaces standards
Strong communication and influencing skills to effectively deal with different stakeholders from different regions and cultures
You have a growth mindset, welcome and enjoy working with changes
Proficiency in English, any other language is a plus
