Your tasks_
You are responsible for the endtoend processing of Mobile Hardware Services in compliance with current process KPIs.
You work in a mixed local & virtual team setup, located over multiple countries.
You proactively support developing the team towards DevOps methodology, enhancing a modern, automated Mobile Hardware/subscription landscape.
You combine and ensure a stable service delivery considering budget plans.
You are responsible for the according Financial Service/Product planning (OYP/MTP).
You follow standard ITIL processes to deliver service requirements to the solution.
You work closely with our customers from the individual business areas and corporate units at home and abroad and are the contact person for advice and support for SIM cards and mobile hardware management as well as the underlying technology (e.g. WiFi calling, Blocking indicator) including inhouse coverage as well as 5G slicing and campus networks
You work closely with our international service providers and control and monitor them based on contractual agreements.
You support the implementation of projects and handle special tasks within the framework of operational requirements.
You enhance the tracking and reporting of current processes progress and maintenance of databases and documentation.

authentic & ambitious - Your profile- You have completed studies in the field of economics and/or computer science (or comparable degree).

You have longyear experience in enduser communication and practical knowhow in supplier steering.
You enjoy working in a remote team, exchanging content within the team and transfer of knowhow to other departments.
You show presence and persuasiveness when presenting new process ideas / ways of working to internal and external parties.
You have strong communication skills and speak fluent German and English to engage with international Business and Service Owners.
You demonstrate a high degree of initiative and a handson mentality and are willing to explore new ways in order to respond flexibly to changing problems.
You have an ITIL V3 or V4 certificate.
Desirable: Experience with ServiceNow, Qliksense and agile methodologies

Unit description

The Communication and Mobility Services department provides the E.ON Group with all the basic services required for mobile working. This includes the provision of the necessary end devices, the provision of appropriate mobile phone tariffs for the global use of mobile networks as well as the necessary management of smart devices and APPs (Mobile Device Management and Mobile Application Management) to enable secure mobile access to company data. We are service providers in an international group and take into account legal, organizational, and procedural framework conditions in the individual countries and business areas when providing services.
