Job Summary:

Are you a creative communicator with a passion for crafting impactful messages? Are you ready to take charge of external communication in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland? Responsibilities:

Social media is your playground You'll take the reins in managing our Master Builders Solutions social media channels, ensuring a regular and captivating presentation of our activities. With your finger on the pulse of the industry, you'll organize customer events, trade fairs, webinars, journalist meetings, and interviews, connecting our brand with key stakeholders.
We believe in the power of collaboration and synergy. As part of our team, you'll actively foster exchanges with marketing and communication professionals from other countries, expanding our global reach and impact. Regular coordination with our global and regional marketing teams will ensure alignment and collective success.

Experience:

To thrive in this role, you'll bring a completed university degree in communication or media sciences, marketing, business administration, management, or a comparable field. Your 2 to 3 years of professional experience in marketing and communication, coupled with solid expertise in press and public relations, will make you a valuable asset to our team.
Your words will captivate both in written and verbal form, demonstrating exceptional communication skills. With a collaborative spirit and a high level of independence, you'll bring your own unique touch to every project. We value your creativity, initiative, and confident demeanor as you navigate the everevolving landscape of digital marketing and communication.
Proficiency in common MS Office programs and familiarity with social media platforms are second nature to you. Your expertise in digital marketing and communication will propel our brand to new heights. You'll leverage your comprehensive knowledge to create customer information materials and captivating advertising content across various mediums.
Fluency in both German and English is essential, enabling seamless communication in our international environment. While occasional travel will be required (less than 25%), the opportunity to make a lasting impact from our vibrant office awaits.
