What part will you play?

In the sales and offer phase, you analyze customer needs, develop and create Station automation solution (SICAM RTU, SICAM PAS, SICAM SCC) concepts for a complex installed base of our customers from all over the world in the areas of energy transport, distribution and generation
You build on standardized and proven solution concepts using Station automation products and services from Siemens and combine them with products and services from partners and suppliers
You work closely with domain experts, sales experts, purchasing and product managers internally, as well as with external partners and suppliers to create solutions
Together with the sales experts, you will be representing Siemens internationally in the bidding and negotiation phase during customer meetings
You are participating in project delivery, acceptance testing, from the handover phase to project realization phase and will further detail the created solution together with internal and external partners
You train the customer and internal colleagues

What you need to make real what matters.

You have completed an engineering university degree in a relevant field (electrical engineering, automation engineering, energy technology or engineering informatics), graduated from Siemens Technik Akademie or similar degree
You have a long professional experience in conceptualizing station automation solutions for transmission operators and IT security
You have a basic knowledge of business management, negotiation techniques, and presentation skills
You are experienced in communication and are able to work efficiently in international teams / virtual teams from different cultures and to guide and motivate other team members
You have experience in project and quality management as well as in "End to End Requirement Management"
You are open to travel (up to 20%) as well as a very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile
