The "Internship - Requirement & Test Management for Medical Device" for Leica Biosystems is responsible Requirement management and related test case support within R&D.

This position is part of R&D located in Nussloch and will be hybrid. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.

You will be a part of the Verification team and report to the Verification Manager responsible for Verification activities.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support in Creating/generating requirement & test case scripts and reports including their maintenance and management.
  • Setup and conduct experiments on instrument.
  • Last but not least, bringing in your own ideas is very welcome. In order to be able to create something new, you have a lot of freedom in the implementation.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Willingness to Learn
  • You are enrolled in a master's program in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
  • Basic knowledge of Requirement and Test Cases
  • Basic knowledge about software programming and testing methodologies
  • Analytical thinking and communication skills
