Job Description:


Experian, a global leader in consumer and business credit reporting and marketing services, is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Working Student to join our dynamic Sales Support team.

This opportunity is ideal for someone interested in gaining comprehensive exposure to sales operations in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales team's efficiency, enabling them to focus on driving sales and fostering client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team on everyday tasks, enhancing our efficiency and effectiveness in the market
  • Develop incisive analyses, create compelling presentations, and craft persuasive sales materials to aid our sales efforts
  • Deepdive into contract specifics, ensuring accurate information is captured and transferred to our CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Maintain the currency and accuracy of essential documents and information, such as processes and templates, making sure they are uptodate and readily available

As a Working Student in Sales Support, your efforts in maintaining and improving our sales processes, CRM system management, and preparing sales material will have a direct impact on Experian's continued success.

Your work will contribute to the smooth running of our sales operation, freeing up our sales professionals to do what they do best - selling.


Qualifications:


  • You possess a keen interest in B2B sales and are eager to gain firsthand experience in sales support
  • You demonstrate an independent, solutionoriented work style. Your analytical mindset enables you to identify problems, devise potential solutions, and coordinate these with the team
  • Your meticulous and thorough work approach ensures attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
  • Your confident communication skills enable you to effectively interact, whether through written correspondence, in presentations, in a virtual setting, or in an office environment
  • In addition to excellent German language skills, you have strong written English communication skills
