Job Description:

Experian, a global leader in consumer and business credit reporting and marketing services, is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Working Student to join our dynamic Sales Support team.

This opportunity is ideal for someone interested in gaining comprehensive exposure to sales operations in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales team's efficiency, enabling them to focus on driving sales and fostering client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the team on everyday tasks, enhancing our efficiency and effectiveness in the market
Develop incisive analyses, create compelling presentations, and craft persuasive sales materials to aid our sales efforts
Deepdive into contract specifics, ensuring accurate information is captured and transferred to our CRM system (Salesforce)
Maintain the currency and accuracy of essential documents and information, such as processes and templates, making sure they are uptodate and readily available

As a Working Student in Sales Support, your efforts in maintaining and improving our sales processes, CRM system management, and preparing sales material will have a direct impact on Experian's continued success.

Your work will contribute to the smooth running of our sales operation, freeing up our sales professionals to do what they do best - selling.

Qualifications:

You possess a keen interest in B2B sales and are eager to gain firsthand experience in sales support
You demonstrate an independent, solutionoriented work style. Your analytical mindset enables you to identify problems, devise potential solutions, and coordinate these with the team
Your meticulous and thorough work approach ensures attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
Your confident communication skills enable you to effectively interact, whether through written correspondence, in presentations, in a virtual setting, or in an office environment
In addition to excellent German language skills, you have strong written English communication skills
