We would be delighted if you joined us as our Working Student in Mergers & Acquisitions

Your Tasks:

Support in the planning, organization and administration of various M&A tasks
Research on Companies & possible Targets
Support with M&A process documentation & project management
Support with administrative tasks such as Meeting Preparation

Your Profile:

You are an enrolled Bachelor's or Master's student in Hamburg, preferably studying in a economics related field
You have proficiency in MS Office (especially Powerpoint & Excel)
You've done financial modeling before & know how the financial statements are related and how they work
You are detailoriented, especially when it comes to working with data
You have experiences in researching relevant company data
Some work experience in finance such as Investment Banking, consulting and/or auditing is a plus
You are proactive, reliable and communicate well
You speak English fluently, German is a plus
