Local Unit & Position Description:

  • DNV MEDCERT is an accredited Certification Body for ISO 13485, recognised auditing organization under MDSAP and approved Notified Body for Medical Devices Regulation. Our

Customer Service is responsible for securing the contracts with our existing customers, which includes following tasks:

  • Management of a permanently assigned international customer base
  • Onschedule, smooth implementation of relevant activities in the certification process
  • Preparation and followup of certification audits, including travel planning and booking
  • Contact person for our customers, auditors and technical experts
  • Creation of certificates and other administrative activities
  • We are offering a parttime position, approx. 20h/ week.

Position Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Relevant experience in a certification company or in quality management
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
  • Serviceminded, customeroriented, positive and have a high sense of ownership
  • Bachelor's degree will be an asset
