The

Regional Generalist HR plays an important role in coordinating several HR programs and services and will work closely with the HRBPs for Europe and in the Region.
  • This individual will support in developing and implementing HR initiatives focused on achieving business objectives. This position will provide handson human resources expertise in the areas of employee relations, engagement, employee retention, talent acquisition, sickness management, Talent Management, employee experience initiatives and support processing transactions throughout the employee life cycle.

Regional Generalist HR must be detail oriented, service minded, can deal with different levels within the organization and external customers. We work closely with our business stakeholders which offers the opportunity to get involved in a variety of HR work.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide general support to the HRBPs and contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed and provide ideas and suggestions.
  • Support job requisitions opening, updating, and creating job descriptions
  • Support in onboarding key talent to continue to build out organizational capability
  • Support with the annual engagement process
  • Create reports, analyze, and present relevant metrics and insights to drive decision making
  • Coordinating sickness related matters including action plan management, making appointments, reintegration followup, accurate documentation/file keeping and providing data reports
  • Support in offboarding and conducting exit interviews and data analysis
  • Support in revision and creation of policies and guidelines and maintaining these on SharePoint site
  • Be proactive in identifying people issues and trends within the business and work together with HR Services, COEs, HRBPs to build and implement proactive solutions
  • Collaboration and support in all local Works Councils and Joint Works Council related matters for Germany

Qualifications:


  • At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably within an international organization
  • Demonstrates a true spirit for creating a positive employee experience
  • People
- and service oriented and analytical skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws and sickness rules in the Netherlands
  • Creativity, curiosity, and an open mindset to challenge the status quo and deliver innovative HR solutions
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization including remote areas
  • Excellent planning and organizations skills, attention to detail, and comfortable working in a fastpaced ambiguous environment
  • Ability to reprioritize quickly and show reactivity in our fastchanging environment
  • Dynamic, excellent communication skills and a real team spirit
  • Fluency in German written and spoken, English is a must
