Job Description:


What are your responsibilities:

• Assist with talent acquisition and recruiting processes for the new opening.
• Conduct employee onboarding and assist with training and development planning
• Implement various human resources programs
• Assist talent with various HR related issues such as leave and compensation, resolving challenges that may arise, managing compensation and benefit plans
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflictfree workplace
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR guidelines and policies
• Collect and analyze data on applicable HR metrics, such as time to hire and employee turnover rates
• Support talent performance reviews in the annual performance review process
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic format
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Perform HR compliancerelated tasks (e.g., employment law changes, employee handbook contracts, company cars, etc.)

Qualifications:


Your experience and skills include:

• Completed training in the hotel industry or in a commercial environment or university degree in tourism or business administration.
• Initial experience in the HR field
• Understanding of general HR policies and procedures
• Good knowledge of labor law
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication skills and persuasiveness
• Social and intercultural skills
• Skill in problem solving and "handson mentality
• Empathy, drive and ability to implement processes
• Desire to be resultsoriented and work as part of a team
• Confident and strong service orientation towards our internal and external talent
• Fluent in spoken and written German and English; other languages such as French are an advantage
