PLI works in tandem with Mercedes-AMG engineers to co-design the V6 hybrid Formula One engine and develops fuels, lubricants and functional fluids that power the Silver Arrows.


Stellenbeschreibung:


In this role you will be:

Lead the implementation of the Marketing activities within the different channels at Country Level, concerning Promotion, Loyalty Program, Networking, Services, Incentives, with strong focus on Margin.


Sell and stimulate demand for a series of products with existing and new customers in a given geographic area, in order to achieve volume and objectives in line with defined policies.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Deploy global/regional brand strategy and positioning through implementation of local marketing programmes.
  • Plan daily activities in order to achieve the assigned quantitative and qualitative Sales objectives and increase the Market share in the given territory.
  • Visit customers, identify and analyze customer needs and develop commercial arguments.
  • Organize demonstrations for existing and potential customers, advise customers on the presentation of the products and promotional materials, and participate in trade events.
  • Monitor and evaluate product line performance and suggest improvements. Coordinate and control KPIs such as ROI in promotion activities that raise customer awareness of product offerings.
  • Coordinate the implementation of developed trade marketing initiatives and implement necessary marketing collaterals and programmes (e.g. point of sales materials, customer technical seminars).
  • Collect Market data (e.g. customer preferences, competitor actions and price positioning, etc.), support research and analyse data to assist the development of marketing and sales strategies.
  • Recover overdue credit from Customers.

Anforderungsprofil:


Qualification:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in similar roles in Marketing and/or Sales.
  • Experience in a business that delivers its product through a multichannel approach would be an advantage.
  • Functional knowledge and experience covering marketing and brand strategy, competitive analysis, market. research and customer and
channel development.

  • Strong Sales attitude.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Team player, being able to work in a structured and disciplined way.
  • Fluency in German and English language is mandatory, any other language is considered as an advantage.
