About The RoleYour responsabilities will be**- Update and further development of website content (in collaboration with agencies)

Reporting social media results, newsletter campaigns and website performance using our dashboards
Proofreading of new promotional materials and coordinating of external image requests
Support in product allocation and initiation of the release process in backorder situations
Clarification of missing data in Patient Information Forms
Documentation of online physician certification processes & training as well as clarification of elearnings for customers
Project support in planning events and training and taking on organizational tasks
Support at customer events, trainings and trade fairs on site
Setting followup tasks after events using Salesforce
Assist in the preparation of sales team meetings by designing presentations, videos and quizzes

What do we look for in you

Ongoing bachelor's/master's degree in business administration or economics or healthcare management, ideally with a focus on marketing
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Very good knowledge of using the MS Office package
Interest in digitalization & new technologies
Ideally initial knowledge of dealing with a reporting database, content management systems and CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
Ideally knowledge of Adobe Acrobat or design programs
Ideally initial knowledge of the healthcare sector
Willingness to travel to meetings, events and trade fairs
Fluent in spoken and written English and German
Openminded personality and strong team spirit
