- Global Rewards and Benefits Projects: Support international projects within your scope and play an active role in local and, where applicable, global initiatives.
- Optimization of Rewards and Benefits Processes: Lead the development and execution of analyses and simulations in Rewards & Benefits, including proposing recommendations and overseeing their implementation & communication.
- Annual Compensation Cycle: Contribute to the global yearly compensation cycle, manage Incentive and Equity Schemes, offer guidance to HR Business Partners and Managers throughout the processes, and ensure top-tier Workday performance for compensation matters.
- Global Rewards and Benefits Policies: Assist in formulating and implementing global or local Compensation & Benefits policies, conduct audits, including payroll alignment, to ensure compliance.
- Job evaluations: Prepare documentation for position evaluations (globally) under the Global Rewards domain.
- University degree in Economics, Statistics/Actuarial Sciences, Business Psychology
- Several years of professional experience in Compensation and Benefits or Payroll
- Expertise in compensation topics such as pay structures, incentive plans, equity, etc.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Fluency in Business English, written and spoken
