- Hauptansprechpartner für unsere Mitarbeitenden zu allen Benefitsthemen
- Unterstützung bei der Auswahl einer globalen Benefitsplattform
- Mitarbeit bei der Überarbeitung unseres Benefitportfolios
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen stakeholdern (z.B. HR Operations, payroll, Global Benefits)
- Mitarbeit in verschiedenen strategischen HR Projekten mit Deutschlandfokus
- Regelmässiges Benchmarking der deutschlandspezifischen Benefits, Teilnahme an spezifischen Surveys
- Ansprechpartner für unsere externen Provider
- Abgeschlossene wirtschaftliche/kaufmännische Ausbildung und relevante Praxiserfahrung erforderlich
- Abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Studium in Betriebswirtschaft bzw. Personalwesen wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
- Mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung in der Benefitsadministration (idealerweise in einem multinationalen Konzern)
- Hohe Zahlenaffinität, ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Arbeitsrechtskenntnisse
- Projekterfahrung (z.B. Digitalisierung von Compensation&Benefits Prozessen, Einführung einer Benefitsplattform)
- Serviceorientierte, dynamische und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Teamorientierung
- Effektiv kommunizieren: Durch flexible, gezielte Ansprache auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse der verschiedenen Gruppen eingehen.
- Fachwissen im Bereich Benefits, deutsches Tarifrecht, Steuerrecht, deutsches Arbeitsrecht, Payroll Basics von Vorteil
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen ein Plus
- Verstehen und Anwenden moderner Kommunikationssoftware und -systeme
- Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office, Loga, SAP, Intranet etc.)
