About the role


The Corporate Organisation & Change Team is on a journey to provide state of the art organisational, change and process management as guidance for transformation throughtout the BayWa r.e.

Group, to allow continuous & transparent development of the business. To support our Corporate Organisation & Change team in Munich, we are currently looking for a

Team Coordinator (d/M/F) Organisation & Change.

What You Will Do

  • You'll prepare team meetings, updates, and communication (intranet site, newsletters, etc.)
  • You'll assist in larger administrative tasks for companywide projects and meeting setups
  • You'll organize and review team finances, including recharges/transfer pricing, cost analysis/forecasts, purchasing, invoicing, and contract management
  • You'll manage and develop department and team processes (e.g., travel booking, reimbursement standards)
  • You'll assist in hybrid team working setups and team office management
  • You'll support the team with various needs, including allin days/team meetings, event planning, equipment, access rights/filing, conferences, etc.
  • You'll assit in network and exchange development for new hires, onboarding, offboarding, and crossboarding of department employees
What You Bring

  • Qualification in office management, office communication or commercial qualification
  • Min. 3 years of experience in similar positions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Sharepoint, Yammer, Teams and Microsoft Planner
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritize efficiently and work alone or as part of a team, with a strong handson mentality
