Your tasks

We are looking for you, a Head of Project Execution (M/F/diverse), to support our area Safety and Motion at the location Frankfurt am Main.

Your tasks will focus on the following activities:

Planning all Projects (D0
D5) for Segment ASC, including budgeting, alignment, and control.
Reporting and reviewing project status in all regions of ASC R&D, including project review meetings, PRM, and ePSR handling. Coordinating and initiating Multiple Project Steering Committee (MSC) meetings, including gatekeeping of topics, followup, and driving open tasks.
Defining, training, and controlling all PM methods, processes, and tools for Segment ASC, in alignment with process management and corporate PM standards. This includes defining PM standards and new corporate PM tools.
Releasing Perform Gate Reviews and Gates in accordance with corporate rules, reporting status, and implementing measures for improvements of First Pass Yield (FPY).
Driving the transformation of PMO from "normative PMO" to "operational PMO" including ressource assignments in multiproject environment as well as the definition and reporting of project landscape in accordance with the Segment strategy
Performing of BAM (budget approval meeting) and supporting PME, PM and controlling in project budget releases
Leading of release coordination and performing department, supporting tool development with knowhow and improvement ideas
Performing Risk Management for all D3 Projects
Taking responsibility for performance analysis and coaching of project teams.
Defining and driving measures to maximize the effectiveness of team performance.

Profile:

Academic degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
Extensive experience various roles in the Automotive industry
Several years of experience in global leadership positions
Extensive Product and Process knowledge
SAP knowledge and experiences are preferred
Very good handling with MS Office software
Business fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
Ability to interact with colleagues across different functions and levels
Proactive and solutiondriven working approach as well as high intercultural sensitivity
