A software development company is looking for a great, long-term Technical Business Analyst / Technical Writer.

The company creating the world's most used route sequencing and optimization software for small businesses and enterprises. With over 35,000 customers, the company helps last mile businesses save tremendous amounts of money, time, and labor. Moreover, provides seamless continuity through the entire route planning, route dispatch, route navigation, and tracking process.


The company offers exposure to a variety of industries and technologies, room to grow as a professional, time in projects to learn new skills and an opportunity to work with phenomenal coworkers, some of the best people on the planet.


Position responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Writing various types of content: technical, customer-facing, SEO-optimized, etc.;
  • Proofreading and improving various types of content.

Requirements:


  • Expert Writing Skills: perfect, nativelike written English;
  • Extreme attention to detail;
  • Writing experience: articles, blogs, technical writing, marketing texts, support documentation, etc.;
  • Understanding of SaaS, IoT, and product marketing;
  • Techsavvy;
  • Basic SEO skills: using SEO best practices, writing meta tags, understanding of Google rankings, keyword research, etc.;
  • Modern personal computer with the ability to make quality screenshots.

A Plus:


  • WordPress experience;
  • Technical writing experience (i.e., support documentation);
  • SEO Tools experience: Yoast, SemRush, Screaming Frog, etc.
