ROLE


As part of the field marketing team, you are responsible for ensuring business goals are met with impactful marketing strategies and activities.

You will use the entire marketing mix to create a valuable customer experience and multiple opportunities for customers and prospects to engage with us.


Our field marketing team uses the team's diverse strengths in the best possible way to create a valuable customer and prospect experience that builds trust and impacts the increasingly competitive market.

Ultimately, to help sales to drive qualified conversations which convert into business success. Our sustainable Marketing initiatives show expertise and are known for its innovative power. Hence, we cover the entire marketing mix from press to social media, customer marketing and field marketing.

  • Responsible for delivering against the marketing demand generation and revenue objectives as defined within the current year's Go-ToMarket plan and priorities.
  • Responsible for demand generation and acceleration through effective planning and execution of respective marketing activities, programs and campaigns including the relevant use of accountbased marketing, datadriven marketing, inside marketing, digital marketing, events, and more.
  • Translate business strategy and objectives into effective marketing execution tactics to meet marketing and sales goals. Be digital savvy and able to build a tactical Digital First approach including web, social media, paid search, paid media.
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management: collaborate with different corporate expert teams and serve as the face of marketing to the sales divisions and sales leaders, drive business planning and lead the execution including vendor management.
  • Analyze the impact of marketing programs on pipeline health and followup on necessary actions to drive alignment with relevant business stakeholders and manage escalations proactively
  • Maintain a high level of customer focus and leverage insights to derive and optimize future strategies, optimize resources and investments,

YOUR PROFILE

  • 3 + years in marketing: min. 2 years of direct marketing experience or BtoB lead gen experience
  • Bachelor in Marketing or Business ideal but not required
  • Excellent German (native language level) and English language skills
  • Willingness to work in a complex environment (metrics organization) with different roles and responsibilities
  • Experience working with sales and a good understanding of business goals and sales objectives
  • Project leadership (medium to largescaled projects)
