We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach and Scrum Master who can support our development team.

You will be responsible for promoting and implementing Agile methodologies, facilitating effective teamwork, and driving continuous improvement within our software development teams.

You will play a vital role in enabling our teams to deliver high-quality products in a dynamic environment.


Key responsibilities:


  • Guide teams and stakeholders in understanding Agile principles, values, and practices
  • Facilitate teams' development towards selforganization and iterative work by enabling them to define their best way of working
  • Support teams in Increasing their predictability on commitments and delivery efforts
  • Serve as a Scrum Master for one or maximum two Agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies
  • Facilitate retrospectives to enable continuous improvement
  • Deliver agile training and facilitation across teams and stakeholders
  • Gather data to derive actionable insights and define metrics together with the teams for predictability and transparency

Your profile:


  • Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master, facilitating Agile practices and driving organizational change
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and principles (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
  • Ability to adapt Agile processes to fit the specific needs and constraints of different teams
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
  • Solid reporting and analytical skills
- fluent in English, German is a plus
